This rare mid-century Italian brass basket is a gorgeous find. It features a brass plate that folds up at the sides, revealing a light brown coated underside. The handle is made of pleated brass with elegant clasps at either end. The basket also has little brass feet made of coiled brass rope. No detail has been overlooked in this design! Perfect as a fruit bowl or a bread basket.

Found in Bologna. 

Condition: Very good. This basket is in very good vintage condition, with some age-related patina on the brass. See detailed images. There are some faint markings on the coated sides.

Barlume delivery is available in the Helsinki capital area for all orders of 150€ and above. The service costs €25 and can be selected at checkout.

We deliver straight to the ground floor door, unless pre-agreed otherwise. We will contact you in advance to agree a suitable delivery date and time (Weekend and evening slots are also possible).

3. Pick-up from our warehouse in Espoo

You can skip the shipping fees with free pick-up from the Barlume Warehouse in Espoo (Address: Finnoonniitynkuja 4, 02270 Espoo).
