Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase, and a notification email when your order has shipped.
We re-use product packaging as much as possible to minimize waste but please don't worry, your parcel will be wrapped and shipped with amore.

We want you to be happy with your vintage purchase, so we offer a no-hassle 14-day refund policy (and we even cover the return shipping costs within Finland).
We deliver nationwide using Posti locker or in-store pick-up and OmaPosti tracking. Posti home delivery option is available on request (contact us). For very large or unusually shaped pieces, we also use Kaukokiito and other partners where needed.

Posti shipping for very large items, such as a dining table or set of chairs, typically starts at €82.

Barlume delivery is available in the Helsinki capital area for all orders of 150€ and above. The cost of this service is €35 and it can be selected during the checkout.
We deliver straight to the ground floor door, unless pre-agreed otherwise. We will contact you in advance to agree a suitable delivery date and time (Weekend and evening slots are also possible).
You can skip the shipping fees with free pick-up from the Barlume Warehouse in Espoo (Address: Finnoonniitynkuja 4, 02270 Espoo). We are open by appointment.
After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-to-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
If you are visiting from Sweden, you can order directly from this site. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
For other countries, we are happy to arrange international shipping worldwide. Please contact us for more details.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
