A 19th century print of the original portrait of Flemish Jacqueline Van Caestre by Pierre Paul Rubens (1577−1640). Believed to have been published in L'Art magazine, it includes the name of the artist, the print maker, the printer and also the name of the magazine. Although not Italian, we just love her expression! A rare find.
Found in Bologna.
Condition: Very good. This print has not been studied out of the frame but appears to be in very good condition. The frame is more recent and is in very good overall condition with minor wear (see detailed images).
Dimensions: H 60cm x W 51.5cm x D 3cm.
