A stunningly unique Italian pendant light from the 1970s. Nicknamed 'La Contessa', the large shade is made of strips of transparent glass that gently change into amber at the top of the dome. This creates a jewel-like effect when lit. The structural elements of the lamp are made of brass plated metal. A gorgeous eye-catcher above a dining table or a kitchen island.

Condition: Very good. This lamp is in very good vintage condition and has been professionally rewired in Finland. The glass is intact. There is some light patina on the brass plated metal, chain and matching ceiling cup (see detailed images). Fits an E27 bulb.
