A 1930s Italian oval mirror with double-bevelled glass and a cream coloured gipsum frame. The paint on the frame is original and has a lovely crackled patina. The back of the mirror has the maker's stamp: "Ditta E. Sternieri" of Piazza Muratori (in Florence). The original price of the mirror, 65 Italian lire, is written in pencil.
Found in Florence.
Condition: Fair vintage condition with signs of the mirror's age on the frame. The mirror is intact with some patina and the original paper back shows wear and tear. See images for detail.
