A rare mid-century small art pottery vase with two handles, designed using the 'graffita' or scratch decorating technique. This technique is typical of the ancient pottery from the Mantova area in Italy.
The vase is made by the Italian ceramic house, Fratelli Fanciullacci, founded in Capraia Fiorentino, near Florence in 1862.
Condition: Good. The piece is completely intact without any breakages or missing parts. It does have several places on the upper rim, handles and foot where the glaze has chipped off.
